These Terms of Service govern your use of the Delegait platform, operated by DelegAIT LLC, a California limited liability company ("Delegait", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Delegait, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Delegait is an all-in-one business management platform for service businesses and the professionals who serve them. It provides tools for client management, bookkeeping, document management, billing, appointment scheduling, and integration with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online.
Delegait is a software provider. We do not prepare tax returns, keep books, or provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice, and no output of the platform constitutes such advice. The platform is a tool used by licensed and credentialed professionals, who remain solely responsible for the work they perform with it, for reviewing its output, and for their own professional and regulatory obligations — including, where applicable, obtaining any consents required under IRC §7216 from their own clients.
Where you use Delegait to hold or process information belonging to your clients, you are the controller of that information and Delegait acts as your processor, on your instructions. Our Data Processing Addendum governs that processing and is incorporated into these Terms by reference; by accepting these Terms you accept it, with no separate signature required. The providers we rely on to deliver the service are listed at Subprocessors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
New firm accounts are reviewed before they are granted access. Registering an account does not by itself create a right to use the platform.
Delegait integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online to provide accounting and bookkeeping features. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize Delegait to access your QuickBooks data as needed to provide the service. Delegait is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.
You agree to use Delegait only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent information.
All content, features, and functionality of Delegait are owned by Delegait and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Delegait is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Delegait at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Delegait after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
